Liz Wallis

With extensive experience working for well-known local firms including Ludgate Morrell, Ridley & Hall, Holroyd & Co and Ramsdens, Liz’s legal career spans three decades.

A licensed conveyancer since 2003, Liz has over twenty years’ experience of helping people to buy and sell their homes and has extensive knowledge of all areas of conveyancing, including property sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Whilst Liz specialises in residential property, she also acts for a handful of small independent developers.

Liz has lived and worked in the Huddersfield area throughout her career and her clients benefit from her detailed knowledge of the local property market.

Outside work, Liz is married and admits to being ‘a bit of a gym bunny’. She joined Wilkinson Woodward Bearders in April 2019 and is based at our office in Brighouse.
