Proof of our commitment to staff development is the progression of various team members – Gillian, who is currently a fee earner, joined Wilkinson Woodward as a secretary but is well on her way to completing her licensed conveyancer course, while Emma, who started as a secretary, and Igors, who joined as an assistant, are both working towards becoming fee earners.

Igors said: “Having the opportunity to further my career is terrific and I appreciate the team’s encouragement and guidance as I work towards becoming a fee earner. The on-the-job learning is particularly invaluable.”

Of course, we respect that each team member’s career aspirations are different and are fortunate to have an incredible and efficient team in Gwyneth, Louise and Maggie, who have been supporting us for 43 years, 32 years, and 7 years, respectively. They are highly valued members of the Property Team and play a crucial role in ensuring that an efficient, professional, and high-quality service is offered to all our clients.
