James returns safe and well from Trek 26
Congratulations to commercial law specialist James Bell who has returned - battered, blistered but still in one piece – from his recent 26 mile trek in support of The Alzheimer’s Society.
James, who is based at our Halifax office, took part in Trek26, a marathon distance "army march" along the ancient Roman paths of Hadrian’s Wall in Northumberland.
The event, which took place on 12 August, raised around £100,000 for The Alzheimer’s Society and involved tackling over 2,200 feet of tough cross country climbing in pretty dismal weather conditions.
James completed the trek in 8 hours 40 minutes, finishing in 8th place out of 149 who made it to the finish line.
James, who specialises in commercial law and commercial property law, raised over £500 for The Alzheimer’s Society.
