New date for Gentleman Jack: The Real Anne Lister 4 October 2020
We are pleased to be supporting 'Gentleman Jack: The Real Anne Lister' which will take place on Sunday 4 October 2020, 2pm at Holmfirth Civic Hall, Huddersfield Road, Holmfirth, HD9 3AS. This event has been re-scheduled after this year's Huddersfield Literature festival was cancelled due to Coronavirus.
In her capacity as lead consultant on the hit TV series Gentleman Jack, Anne Choma will share insights into her role and how, as a key member of the team, she transcribed around 850,000 words of Anne Lister’s complex diary. She is currently working on series two of Gentleman Jack.
