Nottingham selected for on-line divorce pilot

The East Midlands Divorce Centre in Nottingham has been selected as the first family court in the country to run a government pilot scheme allowing certain proceedings for a matrimonial order to be filled in on-line.

The pilot will apply to applications where five conditions have been met, including that the application is filed between 25 January 2017 and 28 July 2017. The application must be started in the family court.
