Deborah Billingsley joins our Property team

We're delighted to welcome licensed conveyancer Deborah Billingsley to our Property team.

With extensive experience working for well-known local firms including Chadwick Lawrence and Gordons Solicitors, Deborah’s legal career began in 1995.

A licenced conveyancer since 2011, Deborah has almost twenty five years’ experience of helping people to buy and sell their homes and has a wide-ranging knowledge of all areas of conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Deborah also has extensive experience in acting for purchasers buying new build properties.

Born and bred in Halifax, Deborah has a detailed understanding of the local property market. Outside work, Deborah lives in Halifax with husband Robert and their 12-year-old daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, walking and healthy eating.

Deborah joined Wilkinson Woodward in November 2019 and is based at our office in Halifax.
