Afreen Mhar joins our Property team

We're delighted to welcome Solicitor Afreen Mhar to our Property team.

Afreen qualified as a solicitor in 2015 after graduating and completing her Legal Practice Course at the University of Huddersfield. Having gained experience as a commercial property development solicitor in Norfolk, in 2019 Afreen returned to Huddersfield to be closer to her family. Since graduating she has retained close ties with the University of Huddersfield Law School where she mentors the next generation of legal professionals. Afreen specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including property sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Afreen’s first career was as a personal stylist, working with high-net-worth clients in London, Manchester and Barcelona. Nowadays, whilst she has her hands full caring for her young son, Afreen still indulges her passion for fashion in her spare moments.

Afreen joined us in June 2022 and is based at our Halifax office.
