Wills and Probate Practitioner
Join our established team.
A new opportunity has become available in our Private Client Department. We are looking to recruit a Wills and Probate practitioner to manage a caseload of matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Probate.
This would be suitable for someone with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in this area looking to progress their career and handle more complex matters. The successful applicant will be joining a welcoming and supportive team with a wealth of knowledge and experience and with connections to other professionals in the field.
You will run a caseload of client matters, dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client’s initial instructions, will drafting, dealing with the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates. There will be extensive client contact including home visits and a strong commitment to client care. Interest and enthusiasm for this type of work is essential.
The role is based mainly in our Halifax office but some travel to Huddersfield and Brighouse will be required. Ideally this is a full time position but we would consider part time for the right candidate.
